## Description

CACI is seeking a skilled and experienced Windows System Administrator (Level 2) to join our dynamic team to support a DoD client in Suitland, MD. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of configuring and managing core Microsoft products, including Domain Controller (DC), Active Directory (AD), Domain Name Server (DNS), Windows Server Update Services (WSUS), Exchange, and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM). This role requires advanced troubleshooting skills, the ability to secure Windows Server environments, and the maintenance of infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

 + Configuration and Management:

 + Configure and manage Domain Controllers, Active Directory, DNS, WSUS, Exchange, and SCCM.

 + Implement and maintain security protocols for Windows Server environments.

 + Troubleshooting:

 + Perform advanced troubleshooting tasks to resolve complex issues within the Windows Server infrastructure.

 + Diagnoses and resolve performance bottlenecks and system failures.

 + Maintenance:

 + Regularly update and patch Windows Servers to ensure system stability and security.

 + Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary.

 + Documentation:

 + Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

 + Collaboration:

 + Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of systems.

 + Provide guidance and support to Level 1 administrators as needed.
