Required to use a ladder This position requires the ability to continuously communicate with co-workers throughout the day utilizing Red River approved and/or provided communication tools and equipment., + U.S. Citizenship Required ## Description The Senior Wireless Deployment Engineer is a critical technical role responsible for the design, deployment, optimization, and lifecycle management of enterprise wireless networks. This position serves as a senior subject matter expert (SME) for **Aruba and Juniper Mist wireless solutions** , providing technical leadership across pre-sales, implementation, and post-deployment support. The Senior Wireless Deployment Engineer also provides front-line engineering support for complex customer environments and acts as an escalation point for advanced wireless and RF-related challenges. **Primary Position Tasks:** Listing of the primary tasks the position will be responsible for: + Deployment of Enterprise Wireless LAN solutions (HPE, Juniper) + Design solutions that meet customer/project requirements. + Audit existing wireless networks to evaluate performance, identify flaws, and recommend improvements based on industry standards. + Support the installation, configuration, and validation of wireless solutions in complex environments.
