## Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP EC Payroll Process Owner to lead and manage end-to-end payroll processes using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. The role involves driving payroll operations, process optimization, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring compliance with business and statutory requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

 * Own and manage end-to-end SAP EC Payroll processes.
 * Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders for payroll solutions.
 * Support payroll configuration, testing, issue resolution, and process improvements.
 * Ensure payroll compliance with company policies and local regulations.
 * Coordinate with implementation/support teams for enhancements and integrations.
 * Monitor payroll accuracy, timelines, and system performance.
