Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of local, state, and federal construction codes. ## Description We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of large-scale construction initiatives. You will serve as the primary architect for project baselines, ensuring that every project is delivered safely, on time, and within strict budgetary parameters. This is a strategic oversight role. You will be responsible for balancing the demands of internal stakeholders, local municipal authorities, and third-party construction partners. If you are a disciplined professional who excels at managing the "triple constraint" of project management-scope, schedule, and cost-and you have a track record of delivering projects with zero regulatory non-compliance, this is an ideal role for you., Project Governance & Delivery Baseline Management: Establish and maintain project scope, schedule, and cost baselines. Proactively monitor progress against these plans and initiate corrective actions when deviations occur. Capital Oversight: Track project capital spends and projected spend patterns. Provide regular, accurate status updates to project leadership regarding budget variance and milestone achievement. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work performed complies with safety policies, best practices, and construction standards. Maintain a flawless record of compliance with no significant regulatory citations or violations. Stakeholder & Contractor Management External Liaison: Cultivate and promote professional relationships with external municipalities and local regulatory authorities to ensure project permits and compliance requirements are met. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate effectively with project specialists, inspection teams, and internal staff to ensure project success.
