This role combines strategic architecture ownership with deep technical execution, ensuring that SharePoint solutions are well-architected, scalable, secure, and continuously supported for business operations. The individual will: + Define architectural standards and roadmap + Lead and contribute to hands-on SharePoint development + Own platform support, maintenance, and continuous improvement + Drive adoption, modernization, and operational excellence Essential Job Functions: 1. Architecture & Solution Design + Define and own the SharePoint architecture roadmap + Design scalable, secure, and high-performing SharePoint solutions + Translate business requirements into technical architecture and solution designs + Define integration patterns across enterprise platforms (CRM, banking systems, document management, etc.) + Ensure alignment with enterprise digital workplace and data strategy 2. Development (Hands-On) + Act as a senior hands-on developer for SharePoint solutions + Design and develop solutions using: + SPFx (SharePoint Framework) + Microsoft Graph APIs + Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) + Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management) + Build reusable components, frameworks, and accelerators + Lead code reviews and enforce development standards and best practices + Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues 3. Support & Maintenance (Operational Ownership) + Own end-to-end support model for SharePoint platforms and solutions + Ensure system reliability, availability, and performance + Lead root cause analysis and issue resolution for production incidents + Manage: + Enhancements and change requests + Bug fixes and performance tuning + Patch management and platform updates + Adhere to SLAs and operational KPIs, Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base salary for this role is between $130,000.00 - $150,000.00. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferrable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
