## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT-Projekten, idealerweise im Pharmaumfeld
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse moderner IT-Infrastrukturen: Netzwerke, Server, Virtualisierung, Cloud, Identity & Access, IT-Security
 * Erfahrung im klassischen und agilen Projektmanagement
 * Verständnis von Compliance- und Qualitätsanforderungen (z. B. GxP, Validierung, Audit-Readiness)
 * Expertise in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen, standortübergreifenden Teams sowie Stakeholder-Management
 * Ausgeprägte analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 * Projektmanagement-Zertifizierungen, Erfahrung mit ITIL-basierten Betriebsmodellen sowie Erfahrung mit Cloud-Lösungen, sind von Vorteil

## Description

* Gesamtverantwortung für IT-Infrastrukturprojekte (z. B. Servermigrationen, Upgradeprojekte, Übersiedlungen, Netzwerkerweiterungen, etc.)
 * Steuerung von Projektumfang, Zeit, Budget, Qualität und Risiken
 * Koordination lokaler IT-Teams und externer Dienstleister
 * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen (z. B. GxP, IT-Security, Datenschutz, Validierung)
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Security, Quality, Compliance und Business
 * Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen der lokalen IT
 * Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Management-Meetings und -Reports
 * Sicherstellung einer GMP-konformen Dokumentation
 * Umsetzung der globalen IT-Infrastruktur- und Digitalisierungsstrategie, * Wir, die IT, unterstützen das Business von Octapharma durch den effizienten, sicheren und innovativen Einsatz von Technologie sowie durch zuverlässige IT-Services und Geschäftsapplikationen.
