 * Technischer Support und Betreuung unserer Bestandskunden (ausschließlich per Fernwartung)
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Skripten (VB.NET Scripting)
 * Durchführung Datenbankabfragen (SQL)
 * Analyse und Lösung technischer Problemstellungen
 * Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Lösungen und Prozesse
