In this role, you'll take on technical leadership, helping to architect, develop, and scale our backend. You'll tackle our most complex engineering challenges, improve system performance, and collaborate closely with product managers to shape the future of Hevy. We're a small, fast-moving team supporting millions of users, so your work will have a massive impact on both our product and our users. On average Hevy's backend is saving between 10 and 20 workouts per second. You'll lead the evolution of a high-throughput backend handling millions of workouts every week, solving challenges around scalability, reliability, realtime synchronization, data modeling, and performance optimization.
