Preferred Technical Skills: * Experience with dbt, Airflow, Spark, Kafka, Terraform, or Databricks. * Familiarity with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and DataOps practices. * Knowledge of analytics and visualization platforms such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau. * Google Cloud certifications such as Professional Data Engineer or Professional Cloud Architect are highly valued. Soft Skills * Strong analytical and structured problem-solving mindset. ## Description We are looking for a Data Architect to join Kyndryl's Applications, Data & AI (ADAI) practice, supporting strategic enterprise data transformation initiatives on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate combines strong architecture expertise with hands-on delivery experience designing modern, scalable, and governed data platforms. This role will be responsible for defining end-to-end data architectures, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and leading implementation teams to deliver enterprise-grade data ecosystems. Key Responsibilities: * Design and define enterprise-scale data architectures on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). * Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable data platform strategies and implementation roadmaps. * Design modern data ecosystems including data lakes, data warehouses, lakehouse architectures, and real-time processing solutions. * Lead and mentor data engineering teams during implementation and delivery phases. * Ensure solutions follow enterprise security, compliance, governance, and data quality standards. * Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to align architecture decisions with business objectives., The "Kyn" in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
