UI Design & Design Systems * Create high-quality wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes. * Ensure pixel-perfect execution and consistency across all touchpoints. * Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of cozycozy's design system. * Elevate the visual quality and usability of the product while maintaining simplicity and clarity. 3. Experimentation & Continuous Improvement * Collaborate on A/B testing initiatives to optimize user engagement and conversion. * Translate hypotheses and product objectives into measurable UX/UI improvements. * Iterate quickly based on performance data, user feedback and business impact. 4. Collaboration & Communication * Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams in an agile environment. * Facilitate workshops and contribute actively to product discovery and ideation phases. 5.
