* Tu justifies d'une expérience solide (5 à 6 ans d'xp) en développement Full Stack avec une expertise impérative sur Java / Spring / Vue JS

 * Tu as une forte volonté de monter en compétences sur le rôle de Tech Lead et possèdes un leadership naturel pour animer et mentorer une équipe.

 * Tu maîtrises ou as une forte appétence pour l'intégration d'IA Générative (Spring AI, Vertex AI, Gemini) et l'algorithmie complexe

 * Tu es familier·ère des architectures exigeantes : monolithes modulaires (Spring Modulith), bases de données avancées (PostgreSQL JSONB), et cache distribué (Redis)

 * Tu as le goût pour les pratiques de qualité logicielle exigeantes (TDD, BDD, tests d'intégration avec TestContainers ou Wiremock).

 * Tu évolues avec aisance dans un écosystème international et agile, ce qui requiert un anglais professionnel courant.
