Dienstleistungen / Servicebetriebe, * Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten im Bereich Voice over IP, IP-basierter Faxlösungen sowie Microsoft Teams Telefonie

 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Dienstleister:innen, um die konzernweite Kommunikationstechnologie kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln
 * Bestellung, Koordination und laufendes Monitoring von Kommunikationssystemen sowie begleitenden Services
 * Unterstützung bei der Störungsanalyse und -behebung in Abstimmung mit externen Partner:innen
 * Erstellung, Aktualisierung und Pflege von Dokumentationen zu Systemen, Prozessen und Serviceumfängen
 * Übernahme allgemeiner administrativer und kaufmännischer Tätigkeiten, inklusive sorgfältiger Stammdatenpflege
