* BTS Informatique de Gestion, SIO, Réseaux & Télécoms ou équivalent ;
 * Débutant accepté ou première expérience appréciée dans un environnement technique ;
 * Connaissances en informatique, réseaux et idéalement téléphonie IP ;
 * Bon relationnel et sens du service client ;
 * Capacité d'autonomie, rigueur et esprit d'équipe ;
 * Compréhension écrite de l'anglais technique ;
 * Permis B indispensable (véhicule fourni).

## Description

* Installation et maintenance des équipements informatiques ;
 * Gestion et suivi des parcs informatiques de nos clients (systèmes et réseaux) en environnement Microsoft ;
 * Assistance et support aux utilisateurs ;
 * Installation et maintenance des systèmes d'impression (photocopieurs et imprimantes) ;
 * Gestion et suivi de la maintenance des systèmes d'impression RICOH;
 * Installation et configuration des équipements réseaux (routeurs, switchs, Wi-Fi, firewall…) ;
 * Déploiement et maintenance de solutions de téléphonie IP et communications d'entreprise ;
 * Diagnostic et résolution des incidents techniques sur site ou à distance.

Une formation interne vous sera dispensée afin de vous accompagner dans votre montée en compétences.
