Expérience de 2 ans minimum, en environnement PME / multi-sites appréciée, Expérience:

## Description

Support & proximité utilisateurs

Accompagner au quotidien les utilisateurs internes ou externes sur leurs problématiques IT, Gérer les incidents et demandes utilisateurs, Préparer, déployer et maintenir les postes de travail, Participer à l'onboarding IT des nouveaux collaborateurs

Systèmes & Réseaux

Participer au maintien en condition opérationnelle de l'environnement IT, Gérer les environnements Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Server 2016/2019/2022, Participer à l'administration des accès et équipements réseaux, contribuer à la sécurisation et à la fiabilisation de l'environnement IT

Participation aux projets IT

Participer à l'évolution et à la standardisation de l'environnement IT, Améliorer les process et la documentation technique, Contribuer aux projets de croissance, déménagement et évolution des outils, Être force de proposition sur les sujets techniques et organisationnels du quotidien.
