## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, HR, BWL) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mehrjahrige Berufserfahrung, Senioritat im Auftreten
 * Erfahrung mit SAP SuccessFactors EC in einer HR-nahen Rolle, Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen von Vorteil
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, (mind. C1), Englisch von Vorteil
 * Gutes Verstandnis von HR-Prozessen und deren Abbildung im System
 * Fahigkeit, zwischen HR-Fachbereich und IT zu vermitteln
 * Kommunikationsstarke, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Beratungskompetenz
 * Interesse an internationalen HR-IT-Projekten

## Description

Als Stream Lead fur Stamm- und Organisationsdatenmanagement ubernehmen Sie die Verantwortung fur das Modul Employee Central in SAP SuccessFactors und sind zentrale Ansprechperson fur Datenflusse, Integrationen sowie die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Systemlandschaft. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit HR, IT und internationalen Stakeholdern steuern Sie Projekte, optimieren HR-Prozesse und begleiten Rollouts, Releases sowie Transformationsinitiativen., * Verantwortung fur das Modul EC, sowie Hauptansprechpartner fur die daraus resultierenden Anforderungen zum Datenfluss und Integrationsthemen

 * Leitung und Mitarbeit in Projekten, sowie Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP SuccessFactors Modulen (z. B. Employee Central)
 * Analyse und Optimierung von HR-Prozessen in Zusammenarbeit mit HR-Fachbereichen
 * Datenmanagement, Anforderungsmanagement bis hin zu Anpassungen innerhalb von SuccessFactors
 * Beratung der HR-Fachbereiche zu systemischen Moglichkeiten und Best Practices
 * Mitarbeit an internationalen Rollouts, Releases und Transformationsprojekten
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR Fachkollegen aus den Landern, der IT und Integrationsexperten (intern und extern)
 * Durchfuhrung von Workshops, Schulungen und Anwenderformaten
