You'll ensure the ERP system supports reliable planning, execution, reporting, and decision-making by maintaining high standards of data accuracy, integrity, and control. You will act as the site subject matter expert for master data, leading governance, defining standards, and embedding consistent ways of working across functions including Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Warehouse, Procurement, and Finance. A key part of the role is coordinating and developing a network of super users, ensuring strong local capability, consistent processes, and effective support across the site. Your work will directly impact planning stability, inventory health, customer service, and operational performance. Role Purpose You will lead and own master data processes and governance in Microsoft Dynamics by setting standards, controlling changes, and enabling super users-ensuring ERP data is accurate, controlled, and fit for purpose.
