## Description

* Owning the functional design and evolution of HubSpot across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and CRM, ensuring configuration aligns with the product roadmap and business objectives
 * Managing and maintaining contact, company, deal, activity, and custom object configurations; keeping the platform clean, accurate, and scalable as the business evolves
 * Owning marketing operations foundations, including lifecycle stages, lead scoring, nurture journeys, and attribution models, with a clear focus on driving acquisition performance and pipeline growth
 * Leveraging HubSpot Breeze and AI-driven features to surface customer insights, identify patterns in behaviour and performance, and improve targeting and conversion outcomes
 * Building strong working relationships with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Acquisitions teams-running recurring stakeholder forums, understanding their needs, and ensuring HubSpot actively supports their goals
 * Defining and tracking success metrics for HubSpot usage and adoption, including data quality, active users, funnel performance, and automation health-turning data into clear recommendations for improvement
