## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene einschlägige Ausbildung (Studium oder vergleichbar) im Bereich Data Science, Informatik

* Design und Entwicklung von Konzernlösungen im Bereich KI/LLM: RAG-Systeme, KI-Agenten und Multiagentensysteme zur Unterstützung unserer operativen Prozesse
 * Entwicklung der zugehörigen Datenpipelines: Bereinigung, Anreicherung, Chunking, Embedding
 * Mitarbeit bei der Integration der KI-Lösungen in bestehende Systeme und Konzernsoftware
 * Observability und Qualität: Evaluierung der Lösungen, Tracing, Monitoring, LLM-as-a-Judge, Regression Testing
 * Verbesserung der Lösung gemeinsam mit den Nutzer:innen: Analyse der Nutzung, Planung von Tests, Einarbeitung von Feedback
