**Published:** May 14, 2026 - **Apply:** https://www.indeed.com/viewjob?jk=8f9d34c03e67aefa ## About the Role Do you have experience in Prosci change management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience 3-5 years of business/industry experience 1-3 years of project/program leadership and/or change management experience Knowledge of PMBOK principles, methods, practices, tools, and techniques Knowledge of assessment and analytical processes and practices Knowledge of Change Management practices Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills Experience in strategic planning, program development, and project management Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Ability to communicate effectively with leadership, stakeholders, and technical teams Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilitiesPreferred Skills: Experience supporting enterprise IT projects and digital transformation initiatives Experience with cloud migrations, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and software development projects Experience conducting stakeholder analysis and readiness assessments Strong presentation, facilitation, and training coordination skillsTasks ## Description Serve as the OCM workstream lead for IT projects Coordinate OCM tasks, activities, and assignments Monitor work efforts and provide status reporting Review and provide feedback on OCM deliverables Track project milestones for OCM initiatives Facilitate workshops, meetings, and implementation activities Collaborate with IT project managers, architects, and technical teams Develop stakeholder engagement, communication, and training plans Support change management activities across enterprise IT initiatives Develop change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, readiness assessments, and sustainment plansDeliverables: Develop OCM documentation and project materials Prepare stakeholder engagement and communication plans Create readiness and impact assessment reports Support training and adoption strategies Maintain milestone tracking and project reporting Ensure successful end-user adoption of systems and technologiesAdditional Information: Teleworking is not an option for this position Work hours are flexible between 7:00 AM -
