## About the Role

Do you have experience in macOS?, * Experience administering Okta in a production environment

 * Strong understanding of SSO, SAML, and identity/access management concepts
 * Experience with JAMF and macOS device management
 * Experience managing SaaS application access and permissions
 * Strong troubleshooting and end-user support skills
 * Familiarity with Slack, Jira, Google Workspace, and/or Microsoft 365
 * Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
 * Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience as a solo IT administrator or lead IT support resource
 * Experience supporting remote-first organizations
 * Familiarity with security best practices and endpoint hardening
 * Experience with automation or scripting for IT administration tasks

## Description

Oblak Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced and self-sufficient IT Specialist to support one of our clients in a fully remote environment. This individual will serve as the primary IT resource for the organization, owning day-to-day IT operations, SaaS administration, identity and access management, endpoint management, and user support.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, managing IT infrastructure and employee support requests, and maintaining secure and efficient access management processes across the company.

Responsibilities

 * Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal IT support requests
 * Manage and administer Okta, including SSO/SAML integrations and user lifecycle management
 * Configure and maintain MDM solutions, including JAMF for Apple device management
 * Provision and deprovision user access across SaaS platforms
 * Support and troubleshoot macOS devices, Windows Devices, and related productivity tools
 * Maintain secure identity and access management practices
 * Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and authentication issues
 * Manage integrations between business applications and Okta
 * Support collaboration and productivity tools such as Slack and Jira
 * Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps
 * Work independently to prioritize and resolve IT issues in a timely manner
