Preferred: * Proven experience implementing enterprise-level AI solutions to address unique business challenges. * Industry experience in Finance, Accounting, or Agriculture. * Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet-based modeling. * Experience with Synapse Analytics, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, or similar technology with knowledge of MS Access. * Experience building reporting solutions in Microsoft Azure. * Experience using PySpark for ELT. * Some experience with JavaScript/TypeScript or similar programing languages. ## Description This is an intermediate to senior level position. Manage the Association's data lifecycle: collection, transformation, and interpretation while upholding data governance standards ensuring accuracy and security. Deliver actionable reporting solutions, including dashboards, reports, extracts, and curated datasets. Assist with modernization initiatives to evolve the Association's data infrastructure and analytics capabilities. * Reporting: Develop high-impact reports to internal/external stakeholders. * Data Integrity: Engineer robust data preparation and validation protocols to ensure reporting accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness. * BI Development: Architect and maintain sophisticated business intelligence solutions.
