## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, BWL, Risikomanagement) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im BCM-/Resilience-Umfeld (Beratung oder Inhouse), idealerweise mit Projektleitungsverantwortung
 * Praxiserfahrung in BIA, BCM-Strategie, Notfallplanung, Krisenmanagement und Übungen/Tests
 * Sehr gutes Verständnis für Abhängigkeiten zwischen Geschäftsprozessen, Applikationen, Infrastruktur und Dienstleistern
 * Kenntnisse gängiger Standards/Frameworks von Vorteil, z.B.
 * ISO 22301 / ISO 22313, BCI Good Practice Guidelines
 * ITSCM / Disaster Recovery, ITIL
 * Regulatorik/Resilience-Anforderungen (je nach Branche), z.B. DORA, NIS2, BAIT/VAIT o.Ä.
 * Zertifizierungen von Vorteil (z.B. CBCI, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor, DRII, ITIL, PMP/PRINCE2)
 * Ausgeprägte Moderations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit - du kannst mit Fachbereichen ebenso wie mit IT und (Top-) Management auf Augenhöhe arbeiten

## Description

Im Auge des Kontinuitäts- Orkans: Lieferkettenstörungen, Cyber-Angriffe, Cloud-Transformation, neue Regulatorik (z.B. DORA/NIS2), technische Abhängigkeiten, Fachbereichsprozesse und Erwartungshaltungen des Managements - genau hier setzt du an.

Diese Themen warten unter anderem auf dich:

 * Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von BCM-Managementsystemen (z.B. angelehnt an ISO 22301)
 * Durchführung und Moderation von Business Impact Analysen (BIA) inkl. Ableitung von RTO/RPO, Wiederanlaufprioritäten und Minimum Service Levels
 * Entwicklung von BCM-Strategien und umsetzbare Roadmaps (inkl. Governance, Rollenmodell, Policy-Framework)
 * Erstellung, Review und Harmonisierung von Notfall-, Wiederanlauf- und Krisenplänen (Business, IT und übergreifend)
 * Konzeption und Begleitung von Krisenmanagement-Organisationen (War Room/CCM-Strukturen, Kommunikationspläne, Eskalationswege)
 * Planung und Durchführung von Übungen und Tests (Tabletop, Walkthrough, Simulation, technische DR-Tests) inkl. Lessons Learned und Maßnahmensteuerung
 * Schnittstellenarbeit zwischen Business, IT, Informationssicherheit, Datenschutz, Facility/Workplace, Supplier Management
 * Unterstützung bei Audits, Assessments und Compliance-Anforderungen (z.B. RKEG, ISO 22301, interne Kontrollen, aufsichtsrechtliche Anforderungen)
 * Beratung zu Supplier-/Third-Party-Resilience (kritischer Dienstleister, Auslagerungen, Exit-/Substitutability-Ansätze)
 * Projektleitung: Stakeholdermanagement, Qualitätssicherung, Budget-/Zeitplanung, Ergebnispräsentationen bis ins Top-Management
 * Nutzung digitaler und AI-gestützter Tools zur effizienten Analyse, Dokumentation und Projektarbeit
