Do you have experience in Software coding?, We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on AI Technical Lead to design, build, and scale AI/ML solutions. This role requires a balance of deep technical expertise , architecture ownership , and team leadership , with active involvement in coding, model customization, and deployment., * Strong programming in Java, Python LLMs (Transformers, embeddings, prompt engineering)

## Description

Technical Leadership

 * Lead the design and development of AI/ML solutions (LLMs, NLP, Predictive Models)
 * Define scalable system architecture for AI platforms and data pipelines
 * Drive best practices in coding, testing, and deployment

Hands-on Development

 * Build (nice to have), train (Mandatory), fine-tune, and deploy machine learning and GenAI models
 * Work with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
 * Implement LLM-based applications using tools like LangChain or LlamaIndex
 * Develop APIs and microservices for AI solutions
 * Sound in Java or Python

Cloud & Deployment

 * Deploy AI solutions on Azure AI/Cloud cloud platforms
 * Optimize performance, scalability, and cost

Team & Stakeholder Collaboration

 * Mentor engineers and data scientists
 * Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders
 * Translate business requirements into technical AI solutions
