## About the Role

Do you have experience in monday.com?, We are seeking a talented and innovative Design Engineer to join high-end millwork team. Our company strives to produce the highest quality for our clients and the ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for mechanical engineering, construction, and manufacturing. This role requires a foundation in CAD software and strong communication skills for working with internal teams and other trades., * Proficiency in CAD software (such as AutoCAD), but experience in Cabinet Vision is preferred

 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
 * Strong knowledge of functional and architectural design and an ability to problem-solve effectively
 * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively within teams
 * Previous background in a related field is not required, but is a benefit

## Description

* Develop and design built-in and furniture-type architectural millwork with software such as AutoCAD and Cabinet Vision.
 * Communication with contractors, architects, and interior designers in a professional manner.
 * Problem solve with a client requests to make desires come to life, while also being functional and appealing.
 * Collaborate with other internal teams, such as production engineering, shop manufacturing, and field install.
 * Utilize organizational software, such as Microsoft Office and Monday.com.
 * Create detailed drawings with our company standards that can be understood by internal staff and clients.
