We are an AI-native ad network that serves millions of ads per day inside AI platforms. We match ads to conversational context in real time using ML scoring models and generate ad text with LLMs. We've raised our seed round led by Caffeinated Capital and Basis Set Ventures and are scaling fast. AI platforms need a business model. Gravity is that business model. We're building the ad engine, attribution system, and ML pipeline that turns AI usage into revenue. This is foundational internet infrastructure being built from scratch. Our partners include ElevenLabs, Vercel, MongoDB, OpenRouter, Deel, and more. We're a small team shipping daily in San Francisco. The problems are hard and the surface area is enormous. We're looking for someone to own large parts of the system end to end. You will work closely with the founders. We are building in person. We're looking for people of exceptional competence to join our team. If this is you, and you want to build the infrastructure layer of the AI economy, apply. What you'll do here * Build and scale a real-time ad auction engine handling millions of requests per day. * Ship ML models for relevancy scoring, CTR prediction, and value-based bidding. * Design systems that integrate LLMs into production Ad generation pipelines. * Build event pipelines, attribution systems, and analytics infrastructure on AWS and Redshift. * Work across the full stack - Python/FastAPI backend, TypeScript/Next.js frontend, vector databases, Redis, PostgreSQL. * Ship new features daily. * Make lots of decisions quickly. * Take ownership of entire systems end to end. ## Related Videos - [40 Minutes to Build a Serverless COVID-19 REST and GraphQL APIs](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/208-40-minutes-to-build-a-serverless-covid-19-rest-and-graphql-apis) - [Intro to FastAPI](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/462-intro-to-fastapi) - [Reducing LLM Calls with Vector Search Patterns - Raphael De Lio (Redis)](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1714-reducing-llm-calls-with-vector-search-patterns-raphael-de-lio-redis) - [Meet Your New BFF: Backend to Frontend without the Duct Tape](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/682-meet-your-new-bff-backend-to-frontend-without-the-duct-tape) - [NoSQL Data Modeling for Front-end Developers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/297-nosql-data-modeling-for-front-end-developers) - [Building and Deploying Multi-Agent Systems with ADK and Vertex AI](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1918-building-and-deploying-multi-agent-systems-with-adk-and-vertex-ai) ## Related Articles - [Dev Digest 120 - Apple and peers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/455-dev-digest-120-apple-and-peers) - [Dev Digest 121 - AI goes offline](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/456-dev-digest-121-ai-goes-offline) - [Dev Digest 159: AI Pipelines, 10x Faster TypeScript, How to Interview](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/563-dev-digest-159-ai-pipelines-10x-faster-typescript-how-to-interview) - [Dev Digest 137 - AI'm not sure about this](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/485-dev-digest-137-ai-m-not-sure-about-this) - [Highest Paying Tech Companies for Developers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/220-highest-paying-tech-companies-for-developers) - [Dev Digest 119 - ❤️ === ❤️](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/454-dev-digest-119)
