Technical Skills * Configuration Management Tools - Proficiency with CM/DM systems such as Windchill, Teamcenter, or similar platforms for tracking specifications and changes. * Data Analysis & Reporting - Ability to create and maintain tracking systems, generate reports, and analyze configuration data using tools like Excel or databases. * Technical Documentation - Skilled in preparing technical documents, specifications, and compliance reports in accordance with industry and government standards. * Software & Hardware Review - Understanding of system specifications, development standards, and configuration audits for hardware and software components. Interpersonal Skills * Communication Skills - Ability to clearly convey technical and non-technical information to diverse stakeholders, both verbally and in writing. * Collaboration & Teamwork - Works effectively with cross-functional teams, program offices, and government personnel to achieve shared objectives. * Attention to Detail - Ensures accuracy in documentation, tracking systems, and compliance reviews while maintaining clarity in complex processes. * Problem-Solving & Adaptability - Handles evolving requirements and resolves issues collaboratively, maintaining flexibility under changing priorities. ## Description Odyssey has an exciting opportunity for a Journeyman Configuration/Data Manager, supporting the Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) Program AFLCMC/WIS Asymmetric Warfare Division. This program focuses on advancing, sustaining, and modernizing the Air Force's next-generation communications and C2 capabilities for TACP operators.
