## About the Role

Do you have experience in Warehouse management system?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred (training available)

 * Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or RF scanners is a plus
 * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for most of the shift
 * Strong attention to detail and reliability
 * Prior inventory experience
 * stand up forklift is a plus
 * High school diploma or equivalent
 * Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background check and drug screen

## Description

Warehouse & Inventory Specialist (5am-1pm)

Candidate Source is hiring dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Associate for a growing logistics company in Charlottesville, VA (Barracks Rd area). This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a team-oriented environment, and take pride in safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

Shift: 5:00am-1:30pm

Key Responsibilities

 * Unload inbound shipments and verify product accuracy
 * Receive and store inventory in designated warehouse locations
 * Pick, stage, and load outbound customer orders accurately and efficiently
 * Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment (training provided)
 * Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety procedures
 * Support other departments as needed, including inventory control and order fulfillment
 * Maintain inventory level, counting, verifying and putting into Excel spreadsheets
 * Contribute to a positive team culture by communicating clearly and offering process improvement ideas
