## About the Role

Do you have experience in macOS?, * Must be bilingual in Spanish,

 * 1+ years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
 * Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft 365, and common IT tools.
 * Experience with hardware setup, imaging, and device management.
 * Familiarity with Active Directory and basic network troubleshooting.
 * Excellent communication and organizational skills.
 * Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote/global teams.

## Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Specialist / IT Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will focus on setting up and configuring laptops for contractors, providing technical support, and collaborating with a global IT team to maintain smooth tech operations across the organization., * Set up and configure laptops, user accounts, and permissions for contractors and new hires.

 * Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues (primarily onsite).
 * Partner with the global IT team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues and ensure alignment with global standards.
 * Track and maintain IT inventory, including hardware assignments and equipment returns.
 * Ensure devices are updated, secure, and compliant with organizational policies.
 * Support IT aspects of onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning and data recovery.
 * Manage user access in systems such as Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise applications.
 * Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
