Working Conditions: * Ability to travel up to 20% or as needed with fluctuation in intensity based on the phase of the project. * Willingness to work extended hours to support proposal and contract activities. * Working in office, warehouse, and manufacturing facilities. * Working in a stationary position for an extended period. * Moving or traversing for an extended period. * Occasional ascending and descending scaffolding and/or mezzanines. * Operating computers for an extended period. * Possible exposure to noise levels exceeding recommended DBA levels. ## Description The System Development Lead will work with the Account Executive team on projects where creative solutions and innovative technologies are keys to success. The System Development Lead will work with customers to understand needs and will be responsible for driving the direction of solution-based projects. The position will interface with the customer and internal teams, as well as Hy-Tek partners and vendors, to ensure successful delivery of solution-based designs ensuring customer satisfaction.
