The Application Engineer position is responsible for organizing, modifying, and supporting assigned retail or commercial banking software platforms. In collaboration with our technology partners, this position will assist in the development, enhancements and QA testing of current and new systems. They work directly with end-users to coach and teach how to best utilize systems, as well as address user-support issues when they occur. Performs other projects and duties as assigned.
