## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder Universität) im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare facheinschlägige Berufserfahrung
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement (mindestens 3 Jahre)
 * Fundiertes technisches Verständnis von Netzwerken, Datenbanken (MSSQL), Applikationen und Betriebssystemen sowie sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
 * Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und methodische Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke und hoher Kundenorientierung
 * Reisebereitschaft zur Projektumsetzung im DACH-Raum
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

## Description

* Umsetzung von IT-Kundenprojekten von der internen Übergabe über die Projektplanung bis zur technischen Realisierung und Installation beim Kunden
 * Planung und Moderation von Kundenmeetings und Workshops sowie laufende Abstimmung mit allen Projektbeteiligten
 * Erstellung der Projektdokumentation, inklusive Umsetzungskonzepten, Testplänen und Abnahmeprotokollen
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams, Einholung aller relevanten Informationen sowie Klärung der benötigten Netzwerkinfrastruktur und Datenbankstrukturen
 * Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen beim Kunden vor Ort zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs
