You are pragmatic, collaborative, technically strong, and comfortable navigating evolving product and architecture discussions. ## Description We're looking for experienced Full-Stack Engineers to join one of our product squads and help accelerate the development of our next AI-driven products. We're looking for strong engineers who can contribute across the stack, participate in technical and architectural discussions, and help the team move fast in a complex and evolving environment. You'll work on product features, conversational systems, internal AI tooling and architecture-related topics alongside a small, highly collaborative team. Working setup * Bordeaux full office based role * Initial 6-month engagement About the squad: Phantom Intelligence This squad is responsible for building the AI orchestration layer powering our future products and agents. The team works on: * autonomous agents, * conversational workflows, * LLM-driven automation systems, * internal AI tooling, * and the progressive replacement of legacy "phantoms" with intelligent agent-based systems. The squad also owns critical reliability and trust layers around AI systems: reasoning systems, AI tools, evaluation frameworks and quality monitoring. One of the team's recent focuses has been making agents trustworthy enough to ship at scale through evaluation pipelines and automated quality controls integrated into engineering workflows. This is a highly product-oriented and experimental environment where engineers contribute directly to both implementation and technical direction.
