## Description

* Problemanalyse & Support - Du bist erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Anwender:innen und unterstützt sie bei Software- und Systemfragen (z. B. Updates, Abrechnungssysteme).
 * Installation & Wartung - Du kümmerst dich um die Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard- und Software, sowohl vor Ort als auch per Fernwartung.
 * Dokumentation - Du erfasst und pflegst Supportfälle strukturiert in unserem CRM-System, damit alle Prozesse transparent bleiben.
