Experience in IT Operations, IT Continuity, Disaster Recovery, ITSM, infrastructure or application environments. Good understanding of one or more of the following domains: Windows / Linux Mainframe Cloud Application development Databases Middleware Experience with ServiceNow and MS Office. Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in complex IT environments. Strong reporting, documentation and follow-up skills. Ability to work under pressure and make decisions during critical situations. Good communication skills and a proactive mindset. Languages: Strong English knowledge is required. French and/or Dutch is a strong plus., You have at least 3 years of professional experiences in IT If you are at least fluent in FR/ENG or NL/ENG it's best You're eager to learn, motivated and curious ## Description Our client, a leading organization in the financial sector, is looking for an IT Continuity E2E Exercise Coordinator to support its Service Availability and Resilience activities. The mission focuses on ensuring the organization's ability to react effectively to critical application or datacenter failures by preparing, coordinating and following up end-to-end IT Continuity and Disaster Recovery exercises. The consultant will work in a multidisciplinary team and collaborate closely with technical teams, application teams, infrastructure stakeholders and continuity contacts in a regulated, business-critical environment. The consultant will be responsible for coordinating and following up IT Continuity and Disaster Recovery exercises, both at local and group level. Main responsibilities include: Coordinate end-to-end IT Continuity and Disaster Recovery exercises. Act as the main contact for several internal teams on IT E2E Exercise topics. Prepare exercises with technical and functional stakeholders. Identify applications in scope, validators, risks and mitigation actions. Validate readiness of recovery components and continuity documentation. Support capacity studies for infrastructure components across datacenters. Collect and consolidate required input from internal and group stakeholders. Help build and maintain the Master Run Book, consolidating actions from all involved teams. Facilitate the execution of DR exercises, including occasional night/weekend interventions.
