What matters most is that you care about your craft, you ship with ownership, and you want to build something that matters. * You have strong proficiency in TypeScript (or are demonstrably fast at picking it up) and genuine enthusiasm for working across the full stack. * You've built things with React, React Native, Node.js, or similar modern frameworks. The specific combination matters less than your ability to learn and adapt. * You're comfortable with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and have some exposure to cloud infrastructure. * You write clean, simple, type-safe code and care about code quality without being dogmatic about it. * You have a security mindset, especially important when handling sensitive financial data. * You're a strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving team. * You're fluent in English (written and spoken). * Bonus points: fintech or financial services experience, infrastructure as code (SST), open-source contributions, consumer apps at scale.
