## About the Role

Do you have experience in Time management?, * Solid experience with Oracle PeopleSoft (HR domain is a strong plus)

## Description

As a PeopleSoft Application Engineer, you ensure the reliability, security, and continuous improvement of our Oracle PeopleSoft environment, at the heart of our HR ecosystem.

Your Role

You act as a key technical owner, combining application expertise, operational excellence, and business understanding:

 * Run & Reliability
*

 + Ensure stability, availability, and performance of the PeopleSoft platform
 + Resolve incidents end-to-end across application, interfaces, and infrastructure
 + Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement
 * Change & Evolution
*

 + Analyze HR needs and deliver enhancements using PeopleSoft (PeopleTools, Integration Broker, etc.)
 + Ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business processes
 * Security & Compliance
*

 + Apply secure-by-design principles (access control, data protection, segregation of duties)
 + Ensure full traceability of changes and activities to meet audit and regulatory requirements
 * Integration & Data
*

 + Manage interfaces with payroll, time tracking, and other systems
 + Guarantee data consistency and reliability across the HR landscape
