## Description

* Entwicklung und Einrichtung von KI-gestützten Chatbots und Assistenten, insbesondere mit Microsoft Copilot Studio
 * Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Administration unserer Microsoft-365-Umgebung
 * Konzeption und Umsetzung von Automatisierungsworkflows (z. B. mit Power Automate)
 * Analyse bestehender Prozesse und Erarbeitung digitaler Lösungsansätze
 * Unterstützung bei der Einführung und dem Rollout neuer IT-Tools im Unternehmen
