 * Verhandlungsscihere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

* Mitarbeit beim ITIL-konformen Incident-, Change- und Release-Managementprozess
 * Bearbeitung von Incident- und Problemtickets als 2nd Level Support, ggf. unter Einbindung des 3rd Level Supports
 * Analyse und Bearbeitung von Störungsmeldungen sowie Initiierung korrektiver Maßnahmen
 * Pflege, Optimierung, Weiterentwicklung und Support der betriebenen Tools
 * Pflege, Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung technischer Dokumentationen
