* MDM: Du administrierst und konsolidierst unsere Mobile-Device-Management-Umgebung - von Enrollment und Konfiguration bis zum Lifecycle-Management von Notebooks und Mobilgeräten.
 * Onboarding: Du stellst neue Endgeräte standardisiert für unsere Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter bereit - App-Deployment, Enrollment, Übergabeprozess.
 * IT-Procurement: Du wickelst Hardwarebestellungen auf Basis definierter Gerätekonfigurationen ab.
 * Cloud Migration: Du unterstützt die strukturierte Migration unserer Fileserver-Ablage nach Microsoft SharePoint - inklusive Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen.
 * 1st-Level-Support: Du bearbeitest Incidents aus Restaurants und Verwaltung - von Connectivity und Peripherie über M365-Konfiguration bis zu Drucker und Outlook.
 * Rollouts & Standortprojekte: Du unterstützt technisch bei der IT-Einrichtung neuer Standorte - WLAN-Infrastruktur, Access Points, Konnektivitätslösungen.
