* Annahme, Dokumentation und Bearbeitung von IT-Anfragen und Störungen
 * Unterstützung bei der Einrichtung, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hardware und Software

 * Unterstützung beim VPN-Zugriff sowie bei Netzwerk- und Systemproblemen
 * Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten
 * Schulung und Beratung der Mitarbeitenden im Umgang mit IT-Systemen
 * Überwachung und Pflege der virtuellen Maschinen (VMware) sowie Datenbanken (SQL)
 * Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern bei komplexen technischen Fragestellungen
