 * AI & Agentic Development: Du bist neugierig auf KI und hast idealerweise schon erste Erfahrungen mit KI in der Entwicklung gesammelt - zum Beispiel durch den Einsatz von KI-gestützten Coding-Tools, KI-Agenten oder LLM-basierten Workflows.
 * Sprachkenntnisse: Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; Erfahrung mit oder zumindest Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in mehrsprachigen und interkulturellen Teams.
