## Description

Du bekommst eine praktische Ausbildung und lernst alle notwendigen technischen Systeme und Prozesse sowie alle Aufgaben und Anforderungen im Bereich Systemintegration und -management kennen:

 * Integration von Hard- und Softwarekomponenten in die bestehende Systemlandschaft
 * Inbetriebnahme von Client-, Server-, Storage-, Netzwerk-, und Telekommunikationssystemen
 * Support und Wartung von Hardware
 * Bedarfsanalyse der benötigten Soft- und Hardware inklusive Bestellung, Installation und Konfiguration
 * Schulung und Unterstützung deiner Kollegen im Umgang mit den vorhandenen Anwendungssystemen
 * Überwachung und Monitoring unserer IT-Infrastruktur inkl. Fehlerdiagnose und systematische Behebung von Störungen
 * Planung, Durchführung und Betreuung von IT-Projekten
 * Ansprechpartner gegenüber Herstellern und Lieferanten von Systemen der Informations- und Telekommunikationstechnik
 * Erstellen von Statistiken und Berichten
