* Erste Sicherstellung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit durch kontinuierliche Systemüberwachung (Remotezugriff auf unsere hochautomatisierten Logistikzentren) inkl. Leistungsdokumentation und Reporting
 * Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für unsere Kunden bei Softwarestörungen (1st Level Support)
 * Durchführung von Fehleranalysen und Troubleshooting von eingehenden Service Requests
