## About the Role

Ausbildung & Erfahrung: Hochschulabschluss in Software-Engineering oder -Entwicklung mit Schwerpunkt Physik oder Elektrotechnik sowie Erfahrung im Softwaretesten in Laborumgebungen.

Technisches Fachwissen: Kenntnisse im Bereich der Hochgeschwindigkeits-Elektroprüfung, praktische Erfahrung mit Messgeräten für digitale Kommunikationsschnittstellen und mit Signalintegrität.

Fähigkeiten: Erfahrung mit Testmanagement-Tools (JIRA), idealerweise Programmierkenntnisse in C# (C-Sharp) oder Python, ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und Liebe zum Detail.

Kommunikation & Herangehensweise: Fließende Englischkenntnisse (Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil), eine ergebnisorientierte Denkweise und Freude an internationaler, interkultureller Zusammenarbeit.
