* Betreuung von HCM-Applikationen (Workday, Atoss, peopledoc, SAP Success Factors, Workday Peakon Employee Voice, Zeugnisgenerator flowmium)
 * IT-Plattformbetreuung und -Integration (Workday/SAP Success Factors)
 * Applikationsmanagement in der Cloud (Azure) und technisches Schnittstellenmanagement
 * Fehleranalyse/-behebung
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR-Consultants
 * Weiterentwicklung von Abläufen und Prozessen
 * Optimierung der Datenbestände und Schnittstellenmonitoring
