 * Du arbeitest strukturiert, analytisch und hast ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für komplexe Systemlandschaften
 * Du kommunizierst sicher mit technischen und fachlichen Stakeholdern und kannst Anforderungen in robuste technische Lösungen übersetzen
 * Du bringst Erfahrung in der fachlichen, idealerweise auch in der disziplinarischen Führung von ABAP-Entwicklern und der professionellen Produktentwicklung mit

## Description

* Du führst das ABAP-Entwicklerteam fachlich an und kümmerst dich um passende Richtlinien, Design Patterns, Reviews und allgemeine Architektur-Themen
 * Du arbeitest eng mit dem Product Owner und dem Entwicklerteam zusammen und übersetzt Produktvisionen in technische Implementierungen
 * Du konzipierst und entwickelst komplexe ABAP-Anwendungen im Produktumfeld und stellst deren nachhaltige Weiterentwicklung sicher
 * Du verantwortest die technische Architektur innerhalb des Produkts und triffst Entscheidungen zu Clean-Core-, Erweiterungs- und Integrationsansätzen
 * Du arbeitest aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung der Produktarchitektur im SAP-Umfeld mit (z.B. S/4HANA, BTP, APIs, Events)
 * Du stellst eine hohe Code-Qualität durch Code-Reviews, Standards und Best Practices sicher
 * Du unterstützt bei der technischen Konzeption neuer Features und bewertest deren Machbarkeit im SAP-Standardumfeld
