* Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, z.B. als Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration, oder über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Im IT-Support und in der Administration konntest Du bereits praktische Erfahrungen sammeln
 * Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in Standardapplikationen und im Microsoft Server- und Client-Umfeld, insbesondere mit Windows Server 2019 ff. und Windows 11
 * Gute Kenntnisse im M365-Umfeld bringst Du ebenso mit und kennst Dich bestenfalls auch mit CITRIX-XenApp-Umgebungen aus
 * Eine sehr hohe Serviceorientierung sowie eine sehr gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sind für Dich selbstverständlich
 * Du arbeitest Dich dank Deiner schnellen Auffassungsgabe und hohen Lernbereitschaft schnell in neue Themen ein und überzeugst durch eine strukturierte und dokumentationsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Zudem bringst Du eine hohe Leistungsbereitschaft, Belastbarkeit sowie Flexibilität mit und bist bereit, tagsüber in versetzten Dienstzeiten zu arbeiten

## Description

* Anwenderbetreuung:
Als zentrale Ansprechperson unterstützt Du unsere internen Anwender:innen vor Ort, telefonisch oder per Remote-Zugriff

 * Systemadministration:
Du verantwortest die Prüfung der Systemverfügbarkeit, stellst den Betrieb unserer Serverumgebung (Windows Server 2019 ff.) sicher und führst Sicherheitsupdates durch

 * M365 & Cloud:
Im Bereich M365 & Cloud betreust Du unser Umfeld rund um Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune und Teams

 * Infrastruktur:
Du überwachst zentrale Anwendungen, führst Backup-Routinen durch und wirkst bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Infrastruktur mit

 * Projektmitarbeit:
