## Description

* 1st, 2nd-Level IT-Support
 * Vorbereitung, Installation und Wartung von IT-Hardware an den Unternehmensstandorten.
 * Systemupdates und Administration von Windows Servern, PCs und branchenspezifischer Software
 * Als interner IT-Support bist Du der erste Ansprechpartner für die Kollegen unserer Fachabteilungen, wenn es dort technische Probleme mit IT gibt.
 * Du bildest die Schnittstelle zu unseren externen Dienstleistern und stellst dort Support-Tickets.
 * Du verwaltest, wartest und pflegst unsere Server- und Netzwerksysteme.
 * Bei all Deinen Aufgaben stehen Dir bei Bedarf auch externe Dienstleister zur Seite.
