* Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich IT
 * 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung im IT-Support / User Helpdesk / Service Desk

 * Gute Selbstorganisation und Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten
 * Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit und bis zu 80 % Homeoffice
 * Kommunikationsstärke in deutscher Sprache (mind. C1)

* First- & Second-Level-Support für unsere Mitarbeitenden - von Annahme über Analyse bis zur Lösung
 * Support in der Microsoft-365-Umgebung (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint)
 * Hard- & Softwaresupport inkl. Einrichtung, Aufbau, Konfiguration
 * Systematische Störungsanalyse & Weitergabe an Spezialteams oder externe Partner
 * Pflege von Dokumentationen und Wissensartikeln
 * Aktive Mitgestaltung von Prozessen und Serviceverbesserungen
