## About the Role

* Technische Tiefe. Du verstehst moderne Web- und Mobile-Architekturen, bei uns Flutter im Frontend, .NET im Backend. Du kannst beurteilen, ob etwas gut gebaut ist oder nicht, und du kannst darüber reden, mit dem Team und mit Kunden.
 * Erfahrung in technischer Führung. Ob du vorher Teams geleitet hast oder es jetzt lernst, ist mir sekundär. Wichtig ist, dass du die Rolle ernst nimmst und dass dich Menschen verstehen, wenn du sprichst.
 * Die Fähigkeit, mit Kunden zu reden. Du sitzt im Workshop, hörst zu, fragst die richtigen Fragen, erklärst Grenzen und Möglichkeiten.
 * Einen fundierten Informatik-Hintergrund. Studium oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung mit echter Tiefe und Arbeitserfahrung.
 * Unternehmerisches Denken. Dir reicht es nicht, Vorgaben abzuarbeiten. Du denkst mit, du hinterfragst, du willst verstehen, wohin das Unternehmen geht.
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse. Kundenkommunikation, Teamkommunikation, alles auf Deutsch.

## Description

Ich suche einen Technischen Leiter für unsere Softwareentwicklung bei ATMINA. Jemanden, der unser Entwicklungsteam führt, beim Kunden die technische Verantwortung trägt und mir einen verlässlichen Überblick über das gibt, was sich in der Technik bewegt.
